SUPERVISOR

to oversee day-to-day operations at our

Maha e-Seva Kendra

in

Sanpada

. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of internet-based services, and strong leadership qualities to manage the center and staff independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the Maha e-Seva Kendra effectively. Supervise and coordinate with the office staff to ensure smooth functioning. Handle customer queries, documentation, and online portal submissions. Ensure discipline and productivity in the workplace. Maintain office records, data entry, and regular reporting. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service delivery. Handle escalations and resolve issues independently.

? Key Requirements:

Age between

25 to 30 years

. Excellent

communication skills

(Marathi, Hindi, and basic English). Strong

internet and computer knowledge

- must be comfortable working on government portals and digital platforms. Proven ability to

manage staff and office operations independently

. Must be

sincere, reliable, and committed

to responsibilities. Prior experience in handling government service centers or customer service desks will be an added advantage.
