Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gaming Asst. Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gaming floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casino management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Gaming Asst. Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in a fair and professional manner, while also providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. You will manage a team of dealers, supervisors, and other gaming staff, ensuring that they adhere to all company policies and procedures. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring gaming activities to detect any irregularities or suspicious behavior and taking appropriate action when necessary. You will also work closely with other departments, such as security and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming floor.

Responsibilities
?Oversee daily operations of the gaming floor.
? Ensure all gaming activities are conducted fairly and professionally.
? Manage and supervise a team of dealers, supervisors, and other gaming staff.
? Monitor gaming activities to detect irregularities or suspicious behaviour.
? Provide exceptional customer service to patrons.
? Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
? Work closely with security and finance departments.
? Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
? Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
? Prepare and submit reports on gaming floor activities.
? Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons.
? Implement and enforce gaming regulations and standards.
? Develop and implement strategies to improve gaming floor operations.
? Monitor and manage gaming floor budgets and expenses.
? Ensure all gaming equipment is in good working condition.
? Coordinate with marketing department to promote gaming events.
? Analyse gaming floor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
? Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
? Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.
Requirements
?Bachelor's degree in B.com Hospitality Management, or related field.
? Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in casino management or a similar role.
? Strong leadership and management skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Knowledge of gaming regulations and standards.
