Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Maintenance to join our team in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon and Delhi). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities, ensuring equipment uptime, and leading a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and shutdowns to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.

- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

- Manage and control maintenance inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation or related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in maintenance or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading a team of technicians and managing maintenance activities.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary range: CTC ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month.

- 9-hour shift (Day/Night) in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon and Delhi).
