Supervisor - Lifting

Full Time | On-site

3-4 Years Experience


Join Bharat Oil & Waste Management Ltd as a Supervisor - Lifting, responsible for coordinating hazardous waste pickups, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting smooth logistics operations.


Your Responsibilities


Coordinate with clients to schedule timely and compliant hazardous waste pickups, reporting to the Logistics Manager Ensure accurate documentation of all pickups in accordance with Hazardous Waste Management (HWOM) Rules Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service Create and adjust daily work schedules and resource allocations based on operational requirements Support drivers in real-time during pickups and promptly address any client concerns or escalations Review and validate daily driver paperwork; ensure accurate data entry in transport-related systems Advise clients on transportation procedures, safety protocols, and provide solutions to logistics challenges

Qualifications

Proficient in using smartphones and entering data via Android-based applications Good communication and coordination skills * Basic knowledge of hazardous waste transportation regulations is preferred
