Job Description

Experience in automobile for more than 3years Supervise and manage floor staff to ensure efficient operations. Assign daily tasks and monitor performance to maintain productivity. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to team members. Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the store/warehouse team as needed. Conduct floor inspections to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and display standards. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on performance, issues, and improvements. Liaise with management to implement process improvements and operational updates. Support in staff scheduling and attendance tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar supervisory role. Strong communication and team management skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Good understanding of operational workflows and customer service standards. Problem-solving attitude with strong organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency for reporting and data entry.
