Experience: 2-3 Years(Fresher also Preferred)

What You'll Do: Manage daily/weekly manpower rosters Oversee shift changes, task allocation, and team coordination

Ensure full shift coverage, attendance tracking, and leave planning .

Collaborate with HR, Maintenance & Operations.

Uphold safety, quality & labor compliance standards.

What We're Looking For: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in operations or manufacturing, Excellent team management & communication skills , Ability to think on your feet and adapt to real-time manpower changes Why Join Us?
