Supervisor
to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to quality, and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
Ensure work is carried out as per plans, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and management.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Handle material usage, site discipline, and safety.
Resolve on-site issues and report updates to management.
Maintain basic site records and daily reports.
Requirements:
Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
1-4 years of experience in supervision (interior/construction experience preferred).
Ability to manage teams and multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites within Ernakulam if required.
