Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
Supervise and guide staff to ensure top-quality customer service.
Manage inventory and maintain required stock levels.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues effectively.
Assist with staff training, performance evaluation, and shift scheduling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Monitor cash handling and oversee financial transactions.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Enforce restaurant policies and uphold company standards.
