Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Supervisor

to oversee daily production operations in our textile facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily textile production activities. Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams. Maintain product quality and address defects or process issues. Manage and guide operators and production staff. Train employees on machinery operation, quality standards, and safety procedures. Enforce workplace safety rules and company policies. Maintain production, attendance, and quality records. Report daily production status to management.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in textile manufacturing or production supervision. Strong understanding of textile processes and machinery. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure.
Preferred Skills

Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Good communication and organizational skills. Experience with lean manufacturing or process improvement is a plus.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
