Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler service centre.
Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
Ensure timely servicing, repairing, and delivery of vehicles.
Conduct vehicle inspection and final quality check before delivery.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
Explain service details, parts replacements, and billing to customers.
Maintain service records, job cards, and daily reports.
Coordinate with the spare parts team for parts availability.
Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
Train technicians on technical updates, service procedures, and customer handling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
