We are seeking a responsible and experienced

Supervisor

to oversee daily operations in the production and packing departments. The candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and manage team performance effectively.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production and packing activities. Monitor workforce performance and ensure adherence to schedules. Maintain quality control and minimize wastage. Prepare daily production reports using basic computer tools. Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace. Train and guide workers to improve efficiency. Coordinate with management for planning and resource requirements.

Requirements:

Male / Female candidates can apply Education: Plus Two / Diploma Experience: 5 - 10 years in supervising, packing, or production activities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle manpower and maintain discipline on the shop floor

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
