JOB Description: Supervisor
1. Team Management
o
Supervise daily activities of promoters
o
Assign daily targets and ensure timely completion.
o
Provide guidance, motivation, and on-ground support to the team.
o
Conduct briefings and in store sale training to promoters
2. Operational Responsibilities
o
Monitor store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
o
Ensure availability of stock/materials and coordinate with relevant teams.
o
Handle customer queries or escalations professionally.
o
Track daily sales/targets and share with higher management on daily basis
Skills & Qualifications
o
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supervision, retail, operations, or team handling roles.
o
Strong communication and people-management skills.
o
Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly.
o
Basic knowledge of reporting formats
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
