Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 1+ years of experience in. Preferred in logistic / C&FA Industry.

We are looking for Supervisor

Responsibility:

Coordinate with warehouse, loading/unloading teams. Verify dispatch documents invoices. Handle interdepartmental communication for smooth logistics flow. Stock keeping will be added advantage.
: Billing & Allied Executive Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process

customer billing / invoices

for warehouse and logistics services Verify

GRN, delivery challans, PODs,

before billing Coordinate with

warehouse, transport, and operations teams

for billing accuracy Maintain records of

billing data, invoices, and supporting documents

Handle

allied activities

such as data entry, documentation, and MIS reports Follow up on

billing approvals

Assist in

reconciliation of bills

with clients and internal departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in

Commerce / Accounts / Any Graduate

1-3 years experience in

billing, warehouse, or Tansports &logistics operations

(preferred) Basic knowledge of

GST, invoicing, and documentation

Proficiency in

MS Excel, ERP / Tally / billing software

Good communication and coordination skills.
