We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Supervisor

to oversee daily site activities, manage workers, ensure quality of work, and maintain smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day work at the site. Manage and coordinate a team of 10-20 workers. Assign tasks and monitor worker productivity. Ensure the quality of work meets company standards. Check materials, tools, and daily requirements. Report daily progress to the Project Manager / Site In-charge. Maintain attendance, work records, and work progress sheets. Solve site issues and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain safety rules, site cleanliness, and discipline. Make sure work is completed on time without delays.

Required Skills & Experience

1-5 years of experience as a Supervisor (construction/painting/interior). Strong team-handling and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple workers and handle work pressure. Basic understanding of site-level measurements and quality standards. Ability to plan daily work and monitor productivity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
