Supervisor - Infinity Box Location - Bengaluru/ Hyderabad / Mumbai

Roles And Responsibilities: o Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. o Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure minimal disruption to workflows and maintain service continuity. o Oversee inventory accuracy and support inventory control processes to ensure stock integrity and availability. o Prepare and submit comprehensive shift reports, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and any operational issues encountered. o Collaborate with fellow shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts. o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates, fostering a highperformance culture aligned with daily operational objectives. o Daily operations including manpower and logistics coordination. o Manage end-to-end kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards while optimizing efficiency.

Additional Skills: o Problem-Solving o Attention to Detail o Leadership Skills o Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Hospitality Industry. o Immediate Joiners Required
