Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Motivate a team of telecallers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate between India and Dubai team.

Monitor team performance.

Analyze sales reports to assess productivity and areas of improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree / Master's degree.

2 to 5+ years of experience in call center and leadership role.

Strong knowledge of industry practices.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Goal-oriented and self-driven.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
