Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple job types. Manage manpower efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards. Monitor and coordinate maintenance, repair, and operational activities. Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources at the site. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with organizational policies. Provide guidance and support to workers, fostering a productive and disciplined environment. Report regularly on-site progress, manpower deployment, and operational challenges. Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals.

Candidate Profile

5-6 years of supervisory experience in site operations. Diploma, B.E., or ITI qualification preferred; highly experienced candidates may also apply. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to oversee diverse jobs effectively and ensure smooth execution. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to the values of animal protection and welfare.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
