Role Overview

Supervisor - International Office will play a key role in strengthening the global presence of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) through strategic marketing, branding, international engagement, and coordinated outreach initiatives. The role involves representing SIU across India, hosting events, delivering presentations, and building relationships with international universities, students, and academic partners.

Key Responsibilities

>> Marketing, Branding & Promotions

Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to enhance SIU's visibility in the global education landscape. Lead promotional campaigns, digital outreach, and offline marketing activities targeting domestic and international students. Create impactful content for brochures, presentations, advertisements, and social media outreach.

>> Events, Seminars & Outreach

Host and coordinate university fairs, seminars, student awareness programs, and large-scale promotional events across PAN India. Deliver high-quality presentations to students, parents, and academic stakeholders about SIU's programs, facilities, and global opportunities. Manage end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground branding activities.

>> International Relations

Engage with international universities, institutions, and global education partners to strengthen collaborative initiatives. Assist in forming partnerships, MOUs, and joint academic activities that contribute to SIU's global network. Support inbound and outbound student interaction, mobility programs, and international academic exchanges.

>> Travel & Representation

Travel extensively across India to participate in education expos, school/university outreach programs, and partnership meetings. Represent SIU professionally at national and international education forums, conferences, and promotional events.

>> Data & Reporting

Prepare periodic reports on outreach activities, student engagement metrics, and marketing outcomes. Analyse trends to recommend improvements in promotional strategies and international collaborations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.

5-8 years of relevant experience

in marketing, branding, international relations, or academic outreach. Prior experience working with

international universities

or global education organizations is mandatory. Strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills. Ability to manage events, lead promotional activities, and work with diverse audiences. Willingness to travel

PAN India

extensively. Creative, energetic, and able to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Attributes

Knowledge of higher education marketing trends. Experience in organizing large-scale events or education fairs. Strong networking orientation and multicultural sensitivity. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
