Supervise day to day activities for smooth functioning of site.
Coordinate work schedules, subcontractor activities, labour management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Review and interpret drawings, 3D renders and specifications.
Maintain record of daily manpower at site.
Submit daily progress of site activities, progress
Ability to take site measurements.
Identify, escalate and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure accurate and timely material delivery
Site Store management.
Make snag list and co-ordinate to tick off all the snags, prior and post handover.
Qualifications
Diploma or above degree in Civil Engineering / ITI Civil / Foreman or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in site supervision for interior projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
