Serving as a point of contact for team members to address concerns and resolve issues.

Training and Development:
Training and onboarding new employees.
Providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
Identifying training needs and ensuring team members have the resources they need.
Other duties:
Preparing reports and updates for management.
Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Ensuring quality standards are met and service expectations are exceeded.
Addressing employee and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Completing administrative tasks as required.
Team Management:
Providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
Conducting performance evaluations and addressing areas for improvement.
Supervising, managing, and motivating a team of employees.
