Supervise cafe floor operations including service, cleanliness, and stock levels
Lead, guide, and support baristas and service staff during shifts
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely handling of queries/complaints
Monitor food & beverage preparation to maintain product standards
Assist in staff training, shift planning, and performance management
Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily sales reporting
Coordinate opening and closing procedures efficiently
