Position Title:

Supervisor - Hydraulics and Plumbing

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary Range:

8,000 SAR - 11,000 SAR

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (relevant field)

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on maintenance experience in hydraulics and plumbing systems

Key Accountabilities:

Supervise and evaluate the performance of hydraulics and plumbing personnel. Plan, monitor, and ensure the effective implementation of the Maintenance Management System (MMS) and quality control procedures. Evaluate the performance of hydraulic equipment and plumbing systems, initiating corrective actions as needed. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure readiness, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Analyze system performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Plan and oversee the repair and overhaul of hydraulic and plumbing systems and equipment. Support and mentor team members to develop technical skills and improve performance. Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability and cost efficiency. Address and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and follow up on the installation and commissioning of new hydraulic and plumbing systems. Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities. Oversee special maintenance activities and monitor technical outcomes to ensure standards are met. Supervise a team of three to seven Hydraulics Foremen, ensuring effective workflow and quality output. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?220,000.00 per month
