We are seeking an experienced

HVAC Supervisor

to oversee all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning works on-site. The ideal candidate will manage HVAC teams, ensure proper installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

? Requirements:

3-4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, and layouts Proven experience supervising HVAC teams Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills Knowledge of construction safety regulations and MEP standards Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site HVAC issues

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities Allocate tasks and monitor performance of HVAC teams Ensure HVAC works comply with project specifications and drawings Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades Inspect completed work for quality and compliance Manage materials, tools, and inventory for HVAC works Enforce safety protocols and report any site issues
