Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive

Field Supervisor

to lead and manage a team of Marlboro brand promoters across

Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad)

. The Supervisor will ensure that daily operations, activations, and promotions are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with company and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of

10-20 field promoters

. Plan and deploy daily beat routes and locations for brand activations. Ensure promoters follow brand guidelines and legal compliance (21+ audience only). Conduct spot checks, provide on-ground support, and solve any operational issues. Train new promoters and ensure consistent performance quality. Collect and compile daily reports, photos, and feedback from promoters. Maintain stock of POSM, promotional materials, and ensure proper deployment. Report directly to the Area Manager / Campaign Lead.

Requirements:

Age:

27 years

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in field marketing, team handling, or FMCG promotions

Location Preference:

Must be based in or near Delhi NCR (with knowledge of Noida/Faridabad routes)

Skills Needed:

Strong leadership and communication skills Field team management experience Basic Excel/reporting skills Conflict resolution and decision-making ability Must be comfortable traveling locally daily

Work Schedule:

6 days a week (including weekends and evening hours depending on activation) Flexible field timings Daily field visits across NCR zones
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
