Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks to housekeeping attendants.
Train new staff in cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; report shortages or make requisitions.
Address and resolve guest complaints or service issues promptly.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Conduct regular briefings and motivate staff to maintain high standards.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for housekeeping supplies and services.
Maintain records related to staff performance, room status, and inspection reports.
