Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to manage the purchasing and dispatch of minerals, including talc, from mines and coordinate with production and quality control teams. The role requires hands-on supervision, vendor and transporter coordination, and ensuring smooth material flow from purchase to customer dispatch.

- Oversee the procurement of minerals from local mines and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Monitor the dispatch of finished goods in coordination with transporters and warehouse staff.

- Work closely with the production and quality control departments to ensure the consistency and quality of raw materials.

- Maintain stock records, purchase logs, and dispatch documentation accurately.

- Coordinate with suppliers, verify quality of materials supplied, and manage purchase orders.

- Supervise loading, unloading, and material handling operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

- Report daily operations and maintain communication with management regarding stock levels and delivery schedules.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Experience working with minerals such as talc, dolomite, limestone, or related materials.

- Knowledge of supply chain processes in mining or mineral-based industries.

- Strong coordination and communication abilities.

- Ability to manage field operations and vendor relationships effectively.
