We are looking for a proactive and responsible

Showroom Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations, inventory, and team performance at our

premium furniture showroom in Bhubaneswar

. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in retail or furniture showroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the showroom including opening & closing activities Maintain proper display and cleanliness of all furniture sections Manage stock levels, inventory movement, inward/outward entries Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries Track sales orders, issue invoices, and ensure order processing Handle customer queries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach Supervise floor staff and assign daily tasks Maintain reports for sales, stock, and staff performance Ensure all safety and SOP protocols are followed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a supervisor in a showroom/retail environment (Furniture background preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Working knowledge of stock/inventory software or billing systems Excellent communication and customer handling skills Basic MS Excel skills for report preparation Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred) Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar
