Job Description

The Supervisor supports the management team in delivering an outstanding guest experience in line with Jamie Oliver brand values. The role involves leading front-of-house teams during shifts, ensuring service standards are met, and maintaining a positive, energetic, and guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily front-of-house operations during assigned shifts Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and consistent dining experience Support training and coaching of new and existing team members Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling when required Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policies Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams Assist managers with shift planning and operational tasks
Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter/Waitress Strong leadership and communication skills Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic cash handling and POS system experience Understanding of health & safety and hospitality regulations
