Job Description

The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all pest control operations, ensuring service quality, staff performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising pest control technicians, planning schedules, monitoring treatments, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pest control technicians. Schedule, assign, and inspect pest control treatments to ensure proper execution and quality. Conduct regular training for staff on pest control methods, safety procedures, and use of chemicals. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of service reports, chemical usage, and customer feedback. Inspect sites and identify pest infestations, causes, and appropriate treatment solutions. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of pest control equipment and tools. Monitor inventory levels of pesticides, equipment, and supplies. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution. Prepare reports on operations, staff performance, and service efficiency for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and government pest control regulations. Must have 2 wheeler license 9 hrs duty
