Visual merchandising to be done and maintained.
Support the sales man to increase avg bill qty and value.
monitor and control the section walkout.New staff - induction, training for the product , sales process and culture.Staff one to one meet.
handle Staff grievances .
study the competitors and submit the reports to the management.
ensure the housekeeping, facilities as per the norms without any deviation.
Conducting section staff meeting periodically about the product, people and sales.
WRM, MRM report preparation and submission.
follow your goal sheetmaking customers offer telecalling
execute the assigned work with zero follow-up.
Ensure 100% customer delight given to all customers Daily review and discuss with the purchase incharge and purchase associate for 15 minutes
