Job Description

Team Leadership & Training:

Supervise bakers, decorators, and counter staff; schedule shifts; train new hires; resolve conflicts; foster a positive environment.

Production & Quality Control:

Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation; monitor baking processes (mixing, proofing, baking, decorating) to standards; develop new recipes.

Inventory & Ordering:

Manage stock levels, order supplies, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

Operations & Compliance:

Maintain cleanliness; uphold health, hygiene, and safety regulations (HACCP/food safety); oversee equipment maintenance.

Customer Service:

Handle complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales & Reporting:

Monitor sales, implement promotional ideas, and report to management to meet business goals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in baking techniques, ingredients, and quality standards. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Experience with inventory and staff scheduling. An eye for aesthetics and new product development.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
