Job Summary

We are hiring Facilities and Maintance Supervisor for our office in Indore, India who will be responsible for providing support to admin functions, taking ownership of end-to-end responsibilities and management for the Admin and Facilities department. Overseeing the maintenance and operation of buildings and equipment of the company and ensuring a safe and effective work environment.

Position: This position requires one to work Onsite

Onsite Address: 3F, Brilliant Platina, Plot No.8, Sch. No.78, Indore, India, Madhya Pradesh.

Role Reports into: Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of facility equipment and systems.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Decent understanding of the local regulations and laws
  • Coordinate repairs, enforce safety measures, and manage a team of outsourced maintenance and janitorial personnel.
  • Expenses control and forecasting
  • Vendor Management - Should be able to coordinate with vendors and be able to build good working relationships. Contract administration along with complete purchasing process and invoice processing.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment. * Coordinate construction and renovation projects as needed.
  • Maintain accurate facility records and prepare reports for management.
  • Must be familiar with organizing corporate events, seminars and managing procurement requirements as well.
Additional Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • 18+ years of age with a minimum of a Graduation Degree. Technical college degree on general facility maintenance (not mandatory)
  • Should be a local resident of Indore and should be a know how to the Indore market.
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar positions in companies with large endowments and critical services. Preferred experience would be in Admin Functions (IT Services would be an add-on).
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations.
  • MS office applications like Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines and customer needs
  • Excellent comprehension skills, understanding of market and vendor dealings.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette.
  • Strong attention to detail & exceptional level of accuracy
  • Client deliverable focused personality & a desire to help people.
  • Willing to work 24/7 shifts including weekends and odd operating hours.
  • Clear background along with necessary experience and relieving documents.
