Supervisor - Fabrication & Assembly

Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering candidates with 6 to 8 years of experience in fabrication and assembly. The role requires effective management of shop floor operations and hands-on expertise in sheet metal fabrication, welding, and structural assembly, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily shop floor fabrication and assembly operations. Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met. Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow. Manage and allocate manpower efficiently. Interpret drawings and ensure accurate execution. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory for smooth operations. Troubleshoot fabrication, welding, and assembly issues. Monitor productivity and provide necessary training.

Requirements:

Proven experience in fabrication and mechanical assembly Knowledge of welding techniques, machining, and fabrication equipment Strong leadership and team management skills Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing
