Job Title: Site Supervisor - Employee Transportation

Role Overview:

We are hiring

Site Supervisors

to manage day-to-day operations at designated client locations, ensuring smooth and safe employee transit. The role demands hands-on supervision, punctuality, and proactive communication with drivers, employees, and the control room.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor vehicle movements during employee pickup/drop shifts. Ensure timely vehicle arrival, proper roster adherence, and shift coordination. Address escalations and coordinate with drivers, vendors, and transport helpdesk. Perform vehicle readiness checks (cleanliness, fuel, documents). Maintain shift logs and employee attendance if required. Coordinate with EHS for compliance and documentation audits. Immediate escalation of breakdowns, delays, or safety incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum HSC / Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills in English and local language. Tech-savvy - able to use mobile apps, GPS, and Excel sheets. Strong problem-solving skills and team coordination. Should be flexible with shift timings and available on-site as needed.
