Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical maintenance activities at the Goa plant/site.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of
PLC-based systems
.
Troubleshoot and maintain
CNC machines
and control panels.
Handle electrical controls related to
hydraulic systems
.
Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians.
Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong experience in
Electrical Maintenance
within manufacturing/industrial setups.
Hands-on knowledge of
PLC (Siemens / Allen Bradley or equivalent)
.
Experience working with
CNC machines
.
Working knowledge of
hydraulic systems & control circuits
.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
Good leadership and troubleshooting skills.
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile
5+ years
of relevant experience.
Prior supervisory or team-handling experience is mandatory.
