We are seeking an experienced

Ducting Supervisor

to manage and supervise all ducting works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure proper installation, alignment, and testing of HVAC duct systems while maintaining safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines

Requirements:

3-4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting installation, fabrication, and supports Ability to read and interpret ducting drawings, layouts, and specifications Proven experience supervising ducting teams Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills Knowledge of construction safety standards and MEP practices Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site ducting issues

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily ducting installation and fabrication activities Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of ducting teams Ensure installation meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate with engineers, HVAC supervisors, and other trades Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, and functionality Manage materials, tools, and inventory for ducting works Enforce safety protocols and report any on-site issues
