: Technical Supervisors

SECCOM is growing rapidly and is looking for high calibre Technical Supervisors.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement various cabling systems such as Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a copper, and fiber optic networks. Oversee cable installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Manage and guide a team of technicians for timely project execution. Plan and schedule cabling projects in coordination with project managers. Ensure compliance with safety norms and industry standards. Conduct quality assurance and performance checks on installations. Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation for all installations and site activities. Manage inventory of tools, materials, and cabling components. Maintain work progress as per defined timelines.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a, Fiber Optic systems, Cable Trays, Junction Boxes, Conduits, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts Experience in installation, termination, and testing of cables Strong problem-solving and communication skills Self-motivated with attention to detail

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with project supervision and team management Familiarity with AV or networking integration Basic understanding of electrical systems Engineering or Diploma background preferred

Work Hours & Location:

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday except the second and fourth Saturday of every

month.

Pay: ?270,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
