We're Hiring: Duty Officer /Airport Supervisor - BKJ Airports

Location: Deoghar Airport, Jharkhand

Experience: 3-8 years in Airport or Ground Handling operations

Education: Graduate (Aviation or Management preferred)

BKJ Airports is looking for a dynamic "Duty Officer / Supervisor" to oversee daily airport operations and ensure seamless coordination between ground handling teams, airline staff, and passengers. Key Responsibilities :

1.Monitor terminal and ramp operations during assigned shifts

2.Ensure timely aircraft turnaround and schedule adherence

3.Lead and coordinate loaders, cleaners, and customer service agents

4.Resolve passenger issues and ensure smooth check-in and boarding

5.Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance

6.Liaise with airline reps, security, and airport stakeholders

7.Maintain shift logs, incident reports, and operational checklists

8.Bonus: Load & Trim license is a plus!
