The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Society Work:
- Keep attendance records for security and housekeeping staff.
- Make sure scheduled work is completed on time.
- Take care of society areas, amenities, and public toilets.
- Follow up on repairs and maintenance.
- Get quotes for work and follow up on them.
- Update higher authorities on progress.
- Maintain good relationships with residents.
- Organize meetings with vendors.
- Monitor and record maintenance fee and rent collections.
- Submit water and electricity bills on time.
2. Common Amenities:
- Oversee maintenance of:
- Lifts
- CCTV systems
- Fire systems
- Garbage disposal
- Generators
- Water supply systems
- Electrical systems
- Parking areas
3. Repair and Maintenance:
- Provide daily updates.
- Handle repairs and maintenance.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Ensure everything is in good working order.
- Keep records of all maintenance work.
4. Customer Complaints:
- Address and resolve customer complaints quickly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in Real Estate.
Experience in construction industry is mandatory.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of building systems (like electrical, plumbing).
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and fix maintenance issues.
