1. Supervise and guide workers in coco pithbed preparation, maintenance, and harvesting.

2. Train staff on safety and best work practices, and plan daily schedules efficiently.

3. Oversee coir processing, irrigation system maintenance, and monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pH).

4. Ensure product quality through regular inspections, pest/disease control, and accurate production data recording.

5. Enforce safety standards, ensure PPE use, and conduct periodic safety training.

6. Manage inventory of materials like coco coir, fertilizers, and pesticides, and coordinate timely supply.

7. Maintain proper records of inventory, production, labor, and yield.

8. Report progress and issues to the Farm/Production Manager and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1. High school education or equivalent

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural or coco pithbed/hydroponic production.

3. Good knowledge of coco coir processing and pithbed maintenance.

4. Ability to manage teams, plan work, and solve problems effectively.

5. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
