Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities on-site. Ensure compliance with architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers for smooth site operations. Inspect work progress and quality, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Identify site issues and resolve them promptly in coordination with the site engineer or project manager. Ensure safety and health regulations are followed by all workers on-site. Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor deployment, and project costs. Participate in site meetings and provide inputs on work progress and planning. Monitor usage and inventory of construction materials and equipment. Assist in estimating material and labor requirements for tasks.
