Supervise day-to-day civil works such as excavation, concreting, masonry, shuttering, bar bending, plastering, and finishing works.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, machinery, and manpower at site.
Maintain site records including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material consumption.
Ensure compliance with safety norms and implement site safety practices.
Identify and report technical issues, delays, or deviations to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
Assist in inspections, measurements, and handover activities.
Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma / ITI / Certification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-10 years of experience in civil construction (Buildings / Infrastructure / Roads / Bridges).
