Supervise and monitor all on-site civil works, including excavation, concreting, structural works, utilities, and finishing.
Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
Manage site labor, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines.
Coordinate daily with project engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors to resolve technical and construction issues.
Conduct daily site inspections and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the project management team.
Verify and approve work completion for billing and measurement purposes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Review and monitor method statements, risk assessments, and material deliveries.
Assist in planning project activities, sequencing work, and organizing resources.
Participate in site meetings and provide technical inputs for construction solutions.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all site activities.
