Supervise cafe staff and daily operations
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports
Train and support cafe team for efficient service
