Job Description

Provides leadership and oversight to the Business Intelligence group. Leverages software and services to transform data into actionable insights to inform the organization's strategic and tactical business decisions. Collects, integrates, analyzes and presents information including from internal and external sources, developing insightful historic, current and predictive views of Business Intelligence.

Supervises the efforts of Business Intelligence Analysts within an assigned area of responsibility. Guides team efforts to research, analyze and report on business decisions / processes. Ensures appropriate team focus on key analytical activities, including: Business system and process evaluation. Revenue and marketplace analytics. Data synthesis and report generation. New or modified work process development. Engages with key operations managers and stakeholders to understand and research / address identified issues. Identifies opportunities for department-wide improvement and communicates with management to effectuate change.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Typically has 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence. * Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
