MISSION :
Business Information (BI) operations and collaborate with Account Managers and the Commercial team to support Coface' s business lines through a comprehensive range of services. Train new joiners and manage team workload effectively to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure timely updates of procedural documentation and drive productivity improvements across BI functions. Respond to queries promptly and ensure accurate and timely delivery of business reports. Conduct quality checks, resolve operational issues, and prepare dashboards to support decision-making. Lead one-on-one meetings to support team development and performance tracking. Identify and propose process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Handle ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs. Manage team activities on behalf of the Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth execution of BI production tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business information management:

  • Establish standards, write and update policies and procedures concerning Information Department.
  • Distribute incoming information production orders to available business information producers.
  • Plan IT projects concerning information production and cooperate with responsible staff
Process management and improving:
  • Identify, promote new solutions in terms of Business Information products sources and production processes.
  • Continued Knowledge Building of technical expertise on Coface Products and Services.
  • Liaising with Accounts team and Information Provider team for invoice disputes, inquiries and general day to day task.
  • Work closely with the Accounts Manager in Asia Pacific to develop Client requirements and standardize report structure to support the external customers and partners
Communication:
  • Participate in meetings with key customers to find customized solutions and support sales staff
People Management:
  • Manage teams and activities of the area through the guidance and direct action in large and
  • complex cases, promoting the management and process control.
  • Lead, motivate and supervise the correct performance of the team according to the proposed goals
  • and the group rules and standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Manage work-flows and ensure smooth running of operations during vacation times.
  • Prioritize and delegate where required.
  • Get actively involved in team training, coaching and mentoring, to ensure professional
  • development and efficiency of operations.
  • Implement the performance goals, in alignment with the company strategies, assigned by Assist Manager.
  • Identify and propose process improvement ideas
  • Support Manager on Projects, Efficiency, WTS, PPTs, Dashboard, TAT & SLA tracker etc.
  • Any ad hoc projects to be assigned by Senior Manager
Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by Coface and external regulators
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in team management.
  • Degree educated in Economics/Business/Finance

  • Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) with demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate and work with all levels.
  • Strong/Solid Computer Skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Able to understand the problem and effectively communicate the solution to the customers
  • Leadership and Team management qualities, Positive attitude and self-confidence.
