ob Summary:

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. This role involves supervising construction crews, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the site, including excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works. Review and interpret technical drawings, project plans, and specifications. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Allocate work to site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment. Inspect completed work to verify compliance with design and safety requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management. Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, safety officers, and quality inspectors to resolve site issues. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain proper documentation of site activities, material receipts, and inspection reports. Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders. Identify and report any project delays, risks, or deviations from plans.
