Job Title: Printing & Packaging Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Printing & Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily printing and packaging operations in the factory. This role ensures production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are followed while managing shop-floor staff and coordinating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day printing and packaging operations on the factory floor Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved on time Monitor print quality, color accuracy, alignment, and packaging standards Manage and guide machine operators, helpers, and packaging staff Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished goods Coordinate with production planning, quality control, and dispatch teams Identify and resolve machine, process, or manpower-related issues Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and factory compliance norms Reduce wastage and improve efficiency through process optimization

Requirements & Skills:

Diploma or relevant experience in Printing, Packaging, or Production Proven experience in printing and packaging operations Knowledge of printing machines, packaging materials, and quality standards Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic computer and reporting skill
