- Oversee daily operations and meet production targets.
- Supervise operators and workmen.
- Allocate tasks and maintain discipline.
- Maintain shift reports and attendance.
- Coordinate with maintenance team.
- Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping compliance.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
- Good communication and problem?solving skills.
- Knowledge of factory operations preferred.
