Your Job

Main responsible for Productivity, ensuring quality, timely delivery of products in assembly and added responsibility of supporting role for molding, stamping and plating during shift. Ensure proper resource utilization, raw material accountability, identify and execute continual improvements in assembly department. Responsible for laying down policies and procedures for the department and cascade the same with other dept to bring one common practice among the departments. Identifying actions to meet the set goals and monitoring the metrics. Adherence to QMS & EHS requirements.

What You Will Do

Monitor production quantity and quality as per the the standard

Interaction with planning dept to meet CRD/ MPD and to balance the machine loading.

Involve activity of production line set up / tool, machine & equipment setting ,repair and modification /Track performance of machines / daily resource allocation and OT hour compliance in line with CSR and operation requirement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronics.

Expertise in production & manufacturing in similar industry.

4 to 6 years experience in high precision mass production units with automation hands-on knowledge.
